    I must say the judge is right in this case. Craigslist must get millions of listing per days and it would require a very large team of people who would keep up with these postings and monitor the language in order to remove questionable postings the minute they are featured. At least if they have a window in which to do so...it's far more feasible.

    I think it is unfair to expect craiglist to go through every ad feature... they should instead have a report this feature like youtube.com

    I think Craigslist is a great example of journalistic freedom - I don't like censorship and therefore use the newer social networking sites like http://www.JustExpressing.com so that no one decides what I write

    Yes, this kind of rules is the additional head-ache for web master and moderators. Nevertheless, it's fair.

    The judge was right-the sheer volume of postings would be virtually impossible to monitor. That said, the hillbilly cretin who posted that "no minority" ad should be beaten with a rusty pipe and sent back to the trailer park that spawned him.
