Internet real estate? Huh? It's called a webpage.
To Jim: It is far more than a webpage. You are owning a piece of the website, and every page shares the community banner, and the traffic. The viral effect will share traffic with everyone, and they in turn, do the same. This is far cheaper than any other advertising campaign, running you only $0.50 a month over 10 years. You are also allowed to resell your word at any time, for as much as you want, and Word Hugger does not take a cut of the price.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to send them to my personal email at collin [at] wordhugger.com, and I will respond to them when I can.
Thanks again Mashable, and I have linked this page on the Word Hugger Press page. Good luck on your Word Hugger Micro Investment's everyone.
In the future, you might want to set up some sort of aftermarket so people can buy and sell their words. Pretty clever site though.
