    Thanks for posting on this cool new offering from Google. I'm not clear on your meaning regarding, "Google only translates text, and not characters", because the Chinese language is comprised entirely of characters, which make up any given Chinese text...

    translated "this he is the new translator of google" instead of "this is the new google's translator"

    "soy argentino y vivo en buenos aires"
    translated "I am Argentine and alive in Buenos Aires" instead of "i am argentine and I live in buenos aires"

    Yeah, I think he was talking about words (text). It tries to find words by counting the spaces. The problem with Chinese is that characters can make many short or longer words so the software will rarely find the right translation for multiple characters. Languages with different word order like Japanese will also never be accurately translated using this method. If you want to learn almost any language in the world, my site can help you.
