It says:
“Microsoft is showing tens of thousands of extremely valuable celebrity images, along with Perfect 10 images, without authorization, which it obtains from hundreds if not thousands of pirate websites,â€
Can't they just post their content under https security settings? There are definitely tools to eliminate people hotlinking to your images.
If they expect Microsoft to hunt for their stolen images though, that others have downloaded, saved, and republished, that is a bit ridiculous.
That could be a nice paid service they could offer though to make some money.
