They're doing a pretty good job of turning their service around.
It will be in Pre-Beta in two weeks, with a sharing site coming very soon.
Sharing Photos (and soon videos and music) in full resolutions - your 5Mpix will suddenly look much better. Free hand layout instead of straitjackets online albums. Don't just show pictures, communicate the emotions, tell the story.
doesn't charge a cent to display and share any number of photos...like some other photo websites I know...
UNLIMITED photo storage with NO fees, unlike Flickr that tricked me :(
Batch uploader for PC and Mac-you can drag entire folders right from the desktop.
Easily share photos and create amazing slideshows a la clickbooq for free
Nominate: www.eachday.com
There is nothing better out there to track your memories - clean design, easy uploads, and the loader grabs the date off the photos so that they automatically post to the day that they were taken. Idiot proof, for me!
They were the first ones I went to when I needed to publish my images fast and I have never regretted it ever since.
I'm slightly biased, but I think Eachday's a great way to keep and share memories. Plus, they automatically get organized by when those memories were captured. Looking back five, ten years down the road, you'll appreciate having them organized in the flow of time instead of albums.
So, not surprisingly: I nominate Eachday @ www.eachday.com
A car-spotting and photo sharing site for exotic and modifed cars from around the world.
Auto-organizes by date captured: Drag and drop huge batches, and Eachday just organizes it all into a lifestream for you.
Then there is Automated tag-based collecting (Eachday is not just a great timeline tool) and many many other features:
Account example: http://elliotts.eachday.com
They have free unlimited photo storage and sharing features.
