I came across a wicked image editing software, pixlr is one of the coolest things I’d the pleasure to play around with.

Pixlr.com is the creator of online cloud-based image tools. Today they have two applications in the suite, one we call Pixlr Editor and the other is Pixlr Express. They are built in Flash and you need to have a Flash plug in (get flash) to get it to work.

Great list. Sometime I need to use these online pics editor when I'm at "Cyber Cafe". So it is cool that I can just go online to edit the pictures.

Picnik has a great Collage tool - simple, lots of options.

Can't speak for anyone else, but in the charity I work for we only have one photoshop licence. As a result it is stored on a central computer which we fight over when we need to do photo editing. Oh, and the computer is also used for our finance package, so our finance officer uses it three days a week. Grrrr.

I have used Phoenix from Aviary (I Beta tested it) to tweak images before putting them into our website CMS. It is brilliant, and far less hassle than queuing (yes, sometimes literally) for the "Graphics PC".

I can't imagine using online to create a whole document (not yet anyway), but for cleaning or cropping a picture, Phoenix is a lifesaver!
