Hmmm. Skype Pro might be an interesting deal.

Skype has become a lot less reliable lately. I've been using it for the last 12 months for international inter-office calls and conferencing. However, since late November i've started picking up the telephone again as i can guarantee i won't get cut off, and they'll be able to hear every word i say. Skype may be free, but there's only so much bad service one can put up with before resorting to other methods. It's a shame.

The Star system is quite a unique thing in Yahoo answers and its one of the best features they have added so far.
