I agree with Christine! And keep in mind... the site is still in its beta form. My experience on MyLifeBrand has been AMAZING. The site holds everything at your fingertips. It's literally a lazy person's online heaven. Meaning you can import ALL your social networks to one platform. Can you spell C-O-O-L? It's like meebo for social networks. Plus everyone has been personable and easy to contact, and I love the communities! Check it out and see for yourself :)

I just joined MyLifeBrand and it's been great so far. I think people should try it before telling others not to use it. There's a lot of cool communities on there as well.

Personally, I'm a big fan of MyLifeBrand. The features are fun and they seem far advanced and far-reaching compared to other social networks. I think the future of social networks needs a platform like this, that includes all the tools you need to manage your online activity and social life. Kudos to them for being willing to continually improve their site. I'm going to check on the new features as they come out this month and report back!

You sound frustrated; you either work for 8 hands or have very few friends or both.

I have used MyLifeBrand and for the short time they have been around they are making great progress. I have also turned MyLifeBrand on to other friends as the alternative is managing multiple networks, log-ins and browser pages or yet another clunky downloadable desktop which often doesn't pull data when you ask for it or interferes with your desktop operations.

I prefer the prior experience. To each their own i guess.

MyLifeBrand is too messy. I can't think of anyone who'll find it better than 8hands- The first makes your browser complicated while the last is a desktop tool that keeps your browser clean.

I like walled gardens... it's not fun to create a social network if it just feels like a overhyped profile page.

Which is why i love Ning, they understand the importance of making sure there is concrete boundies between networks so it doesn't feel like if you joined one, you joined them all kind of thing.

I havn't used mylifebrands social network creator yet, what do people think of it.

I think a site which lets me manage and mash up other social networks and services i already use versus trying to get me to adopt new ones is a great solution.

I wish them tons of deserved success as they are doing a lot of heavy lifting and integrating as a young company to make our lives a little easier to manage
