wow, so many options are present. But due to network effects of Microsoft,i will be willing to use only those tools that generate word docs along with others.

Thanks Sean, really great list! I saw that VCASMO now has an offline editing version. Also, someone recommended www.Simonshows.com which lets you organize the presentation as chapters.
