Verrrry interesting. I've been thinking a bit lately about the feed bundles offered by the big RSS aggregators, and whether it might be possible to get my clients' feeds into some of those bundles. I guess with Google Reader at least, I'm out of luck without a nepotistic connection... ;-)

I *still* don't get it. ESPN.com has graphical banner ads; they're making money (a lot more of it I would imagine) from being included too. Why is no one complaining about that?

It's not as if Reader claims that their bundles are algorithmically determined. What law has been broken? What's the big freakin' deal if a small non-profit sport gets a little extra coverage? Don't like it? It's not like you can't unsubscribe from it.

Stop making a mountain out of a mole hill. This is a non-issue. You people are just looking for controversy where there is none.

PS it's called "footbag". Hacky sack is a brand name.

At first I thought it was a joke, as the 2003 CSS book "HTML Utopia: Designing Without Tables using CSS" (Sitepoint) uses a case study of a fictional website "Footbag Freaks" as the model for all of the lessons.

The sport of footbag is progressing daily. Maybe if you watched some videos or visit your local footbag club's meeting, then you would understand that this sport is becoming popular for many reasons other than Google.
