The question I posted on Cn was how does RR deal with saving pages. Meaning let's say here on Mashable - the page changes 10-20x a day, does RR store each page with each of the recorded sessions? I have not heard back from the company on this question.

Hey Allen, we are currently not saving the page with the session but we will be doing something like that in the near future to avoid the problem with page changes. We are just getting our feet wet with this now and will be rapidly improving the service. As Kristin mentions, we are going to be adding some interesting new features (more than just heat maps and behind the firewall situations) and most of all we want to listen to the users and see what sort of information they want to see!
