I'm not sure what format you call this expression, but .5 represents 50%, .15 represents 15%, etc.

It's a little odd to look at, at first.

It says, "50% C = Content and Production. You need substance."

and the formula says only .5%:

".5C + .15M + .20T + .15P = Success."

Am I correct?
