I made a fan page on facebook for the United States Constitution. It got 400 fans in a couple of weeks without me doing a thing. Then it was deleted one day, not a reason why, not a SINGLE explanation. I wasn't disobeying a single rule that i know of. I emailed facebook and didn't even get a response.

In her blog she did mention that she used a false name, so if Facebook shut down her account for that then they're in the right - although I agree that they should have some kind of verification process before just closing an account. But the real issue is that if there are several accounts with the name "Lindsay Lohan" and photos of the same person are fake clearly all but one of them (or all of them) are fake, so why aren't they doing something about that?

From what I understood she wasn't banned for violating the TOS.
But that isn't as sensational of a story.
If she had, that would be one thing.
And yeah, her Facebook profile is supposedly back online.
It wasn't disabled because of a TOS violation on her using a different name.
