Interestingly, I'm finding that Twhirl is less comfortable for me to use for FriendFeed interaction than Twitter interaction. Thanks for the list: looks like I'll be auditioning for a new replacement for desktop friendfeed usage.

Will definitively try out Feedalizr, was looking for a desktop solution but thwirl was a bit too 'memory demanding' let's see from that other point of view.

At first - twhirl is my favorit too; nice and fast overview.
But i like alert thingy to post some stuff on my friendfeed stream
with a screenshot or a pic.

Looks like AIR applications can't run on my decent Athlon XP 2400+ w/ 1.2GB RAM which I find a bit insulting but hey, maybe they do need that much processing power. I'm more of the minimalistic type so as thwirl was too demanding, feedalizr was too... I can't be fast using an app like that. I'll follow and take on alert thingy see what it has to offer.

As you probably know by now, many official distro repositories like Debian and Ubuntu takes time to update their respective repos. It is justified however, because they want to guarantee complete, if not perfect, compatibility to the disney acting auditions whole system before you and me gets the update. But then, being gamers as we are, we are already too used to living on the edge, are we not?
