I must say I'm a fan of last.fm, simply because thats the service I've gotten in the habit of using. Perhaps my vote is not for who is the best, because I have yet to use all of them, but more for the one that I know well.

Pandora is my vote. I liked last.fm before discovering Pandora - but Pandora plays exactly what I like and want to hear. I haven't found a better service as of yet that can tailor my playlists like pandora.

Pandora's an old favorite.. last.fm is pretty good too, and I really like Blip.fm, except for the fact that you can't listen to the music while navigating the site.. Which do I vote for? Ooh, decisions..

http://www.fairtilizer.com has in my opinion the best user experience and greatest possibility for growth in the future. As it grows it becomes more and more of a gold mine for fresh music. Keep an eye out for this one

nearly perfect for both the listener and musician, and the quality is there, no 96 kbps files, no add and intrusive pop up, pretty neat!
