I use http://goalorganiser.com which is based on the GTD principles, but goes further in that it automatically prioritizes your to do items for you as you go along.

At my office we use Intervals. This is a web-hosted tool that allows you to centralize and manage your clients and projects, streamline your tasks, and track time in a personalized online space.
This application generates time sheets, reports and invoices and calculates real-time budget vs. the actual budget. Also, you can upload documents and files pertaining to specific projects and assignments. It makes collaboration and teamwork easy. It's very easy to use and what's best is that you can track your time accurately.

Jennifer, if your question is still relevant, we use Wrike. As they say, and it really works for me, Wrike saves hours weekly!! Besides traditional gtd features, they offer us creating tasks on the way, smooth collaboration with team members, managing multiple projects in a central place. I'm surprised Todoist is not here. It started off as a very basic simple online todo list, but has over time grown into a very powerful system - without really losing it's simplicity.
