She can't help but be organized. I just sent a link she is going to either get mad or crack up. I love giving her the business.

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

At my office we use Intervals. This is a web-hosted tool that allows you to centralize and manage your clients and projects, streamline your tasks, and track time in a personalized online space.
This application generates time sheets, reports and invoices and calculates real-time budget vs. the actual budget. Also, you can upload documents and files pertaining to specific projects and assignments. It makes collaboration and teamwork easy. It's very easy to use and what's best is that you can track your time accurately.

I highly recommend it:
http://www.myintervals.com/

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

Jennifer, if your question is still relevant, we use Wrike. As they say, and it really works for me, Wrike saves hours weekly!! Besides traditional gtd features, they offer us creating tasks on the way, smooth collaboration with team members, managing multiple projects in a central place. Recently they wrote an article about how to apply gtd with help of Wrike. I hope it will be useful for you: http://www.wrike.com/blog/7...

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

Glaringly absent: Airset.com. Here is an article that explains how to use Toodledo with GTD: http://www.toodledo.com/inf...

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

I'm surprised Todoist is not here. It started off as a very basic simple online todo list, but has over time grown into a very powerful system - without really losing it's simplicity.

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for including my FREE web site tool Destiny Goals (www.destinygoals.com) as one of your "kick ass" new tools to getting things done!!

You rock man!!

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

http://www.simplegtd.com/ Rocks!

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

Thanks for featuring screenshot of Nozbe - Simply Get Things Done - in your article!

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

yeah, that the good one

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

What about Remember the Milk?!

Re: GTD NINJA: 50+ Websites For the Kickass Control Freak

Amusing, but I can find millions of GTD sites via Google.
