Can I once again point out the irony of really long productivity guides? ;)

I gotta try some of these.

Amusing, but I can find millions of GTD sites via Google. What I'm really looking for is somebody to recommend what they think the best sites are.

    yeah, that the good one

Jennifer, if your question is still relevant, we use Wrike. As they say, and it really works for me, Wrike saves hours weekly!! Besides traditional gtd features, they offer us creating tasks on the way, smooth collaboration with team members, managing multiple projects in a central place. Recently they wrote an article about how to apply gtd with help of Wrike. I hope it will be useful for you: http://www.wrike.com/blog/7/10/2007/Wrike_helps...

I'm surprised Todoist is not here. It started off as a very basic simple online todo list, but has over time grown into a very powerful system - without really losing it's simplicity.

You should also list Toodledo.com, which is a very powerful online to-do list that supports GTD. Here is an article that explains how to use Toodledo with GTD: http://www.toodledo.com/info/gtd.php

Glaringly absent: Airset.com. Calendar and task list sharing on steroids.

At my office we use Intervals. This is a web-hosted tool that allows you to centralize and manage your clients and projects, streamline your tasks, and track time in a personalized online space.
This application generates time sheets, reports and invoices and calculates real-time budget vs. the actual budget. Also, you can upload documents and files pertaining to specific projects and assignments. It makes collaboration and teamwork easy. It's very easy to use and what's best is that you can track your time accurately.

    I highly recommend it:

My girl friend will find this so useful. She can't help but be organized. I just sent a link she is going to either get mad or crack up. I love giving her the business.

I use http://goalorganiser.com which is based on the GTD principles, but goes further in that it automatically prioritizes your to do items for you as you go along.

Your entire article is rendered just plain silly by your glaring omission of the best online GTD application, Toodledo: http://www.toodledo.com/ Ordinarily I respect Mashable's "best of" apllications lists, but this one is way, way off the mark.
