In Finland we have Igglo.com, which has taken this concept quite a bit further...

This is great technology and a great site--I just can't wait until they enter the US market, I'm sure they will do very well.

Thanks for featuring us and thanks for a really constructive review. We do focus on a narrow part of the process, but for us matching a buyer with a seller is the most important part of any property transaction. Everything else grows from that.

Based on feedback from our users (and blogs like yours) we're going to be adding more details to allow buyers and sellers qualify each other, but not at the expense of simplicity and ease of use.

After all, craiglist is a pretty simple site and people seem to get a lot of value from it!

Our approach so far has been to go live and iterate as we go, rather than try and sink the site with features that no-one uses.

So you're absolutely right - there's loads more we could do in terms of features, but we're trying to set a high bar and only add stuff that users tell us will really add value.

@ Bill - thanks for the kind words!

I have a large 5/6 bedroom house I need to sell in Penzance Cornwall. It is secluded yet a short drive to town. Would suit large family for holiday home or if someone from London relocating to downsize financially.
