Sorry PragBob for the confusion. My last name is indeed "Cambry". Thanks! Click on my name, and it takes you to my personal blog, with links to where you can find me on the web.

Re: Soceeo: Social Network for the Rest of Us [video]

the spelling of Emile "Cambree" is incorrect. It's Emile Cambry. The post has been updated with the proper spelling.

Re: Soceeo: Social Network for the Rest of Us [video]

I can't believe you actually used the term 'elevator pitch'.

Re: Soceeo: Social Network for the Rest of Us [video]

Mark. shave and maybe appoint someone else to do the interview.

Ali A. Not that I have a problem with people coming out of nowhere, but hey, this guy has absolutely no presence on the Internet, at least with this name...? -PragueBob

Re: Soceeo: Social Network for the Rest of Us [video]

Thanks Mark for the interview, we really appreciate it. Next time, I'll get some better lighting : )

A true bootstrapped effort!

One thing that I forgot to mention was our focus on throwaway group opportunities, opportunities where you may need a network for a short period of time like a week or so, and go on to the next network creation opportunity. We hope that we've provided the foundation to push our vertically driven strategy to cater towards these opportunities and by making content aggregation drop-dead simple, we think we could quickly provide value, something I don't necessarily see on other web applications.

We're not naive here, we know there are a TON of players out there, much more than when we first started this, but we think our success is dependent on enlarging the market, rather than stealing share from the other guys. We're only in Alpha, so we have to execute.
