I definitely agree with onebigcelt that a guild oriented tools is needed. Maybe this is why mmosocial's catchphrase of Meet your Allies - Know your Enemies can predict something useful. They have everything we need to create a  social network. Thats what Guilds are. Plus I can get more features. Rupture is nice but what if you play multiple games and are tired of WoW or need more guild focused tools.
