Funny you mention some of those additions, as they are all soon to come. We are putting in ability to see when people are online, and instantly instant-message them. Also, the application is meant to be simple. We don't want to be scheduling like bigcontact, and are not meant to be a business grade contact management tool like highrise.
Regarding the only two email fields.. we originally thought we needed more, and then we realized that 90% of the population, only uses one or maybe two addresses. I myself used to use close to 6, but now I'm down to 3. Plus, any additional information you'd like to add, can be added in the "notes" field for the contact.
Keepm is truly meant as a simple contact organizer. It's not a social tool, it's simply a contact consolidation tool.
Please let us know if you have further features you'd like to see though, as we're definitely looking towards building up Keepm.
