Pete, you should educate us working shmucks on how to get angel funding. Why are we working for the man when a crappy site like this is backed with 1 mill? This thing looks like a high school project.

I'd love to see some articles on getting VC funding....maybe that's not on topic w/ mashable...but dang I want some of that free greenback.

Pete,

I wouldn't say the design is "good", but at least it's different than all the other web 2.0 sites. I do like the logo, which breaks from the Web 2.0 rounded look.

I second the vote for some VC articles. My site certainly could use a booster shot in that area.

I don't get it. I could build that site in a week or two (crappy design and all). It has absolutely zero innovation/edge yet people are still willing to throw $ at it ... what's going on here?
