Turns out Google was sued for illegally indexing copyrighted photos in its image search.  Google eventually won the suit and if you think about it, SeeqPod is basically doing what Google does with photos, except with music.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Either way, this technology is replicable, so a single lawsuit won't change anything, except maybe a few more royalties.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, there are even more music search engines cropping up.  &lt;a href="http://sadsteve.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://sadsteve.com"&gt;http://sadsteve.com&lt;/a&gt; is like the others , but allows for one-click downloads too.  Big library also.
