In that capacity, he's met with all sorts of Western diplomats and is part of the government that the international community is forced to deal with.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To invoke Google Maps implies that he has to be found, as if he is hiding in the bush. But he's in office, in Khartoum.
