This is where the social web will truly earn its place in history. Making individual rich is nice, especially for them. Making the world a better place is good for everyone.

Ahmed Harun is the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs of Sudan, but charged with crimes against humanity. In that capacity, he's met with all sorts of Western diplomats and is part of the government that the international community is forced to deal with.

To invoke Google Maps implies that he has to be found, as if he is hiding in the bush. But he's in office, in Khartoum. The problem isn't lack of a map or a blinking light to pinpoint him, the problem is a lack of political will of all those involved in Sudan, starting with China, which probably has the most investment, continuing with Russia, which sells arms to Sudan, going on down to the OIC and the Arab League, which cover for and excuse Sudan, and the U.S., which is ambivalent at times due to its need for Sudan's cooperation for the war on terror and for the humanitarian assistance.
