I was specifically looking for something exactly like this. I tried the widget one but it kept loading the wrong city, so I came across this and so far it works great! I like the weather, and now my friends and family can enjoy seeing whenever they look at my page. And ya never know, maybe one of them will like it enough to add it to their page.

This i'd definately something I would embed on my myspace profile, the first comment on here is totally wrong, there are many myspace users that often ask me how the weather is where I am, well now they can find out easily enough, cheers accuweather

I see the date on that last one is in 2006... Here I am it's 2007 and I'm looking for a weather link to add to "My" Myspace ... If you look into Myspace a little more, it's not just a bunch of dope smoke'n punk rockers and hoodlums or teenie boper's I have over 80 some friends there and most are in the fishing related buisness. I'm sure if half of them are like me, they then too look at the weather 1500 times a day to be sure of safety related issues before heading out on the water.

If you spend any time at all with your friends on myspace and want up to the min. weather, why not just have it right there where you see it most.

Yup that's why I'm here too... Myspace isn't a demographic... I have friends in myspace that are 50 & 60 yrs old & I'm 34 yrs old. I too have friends in other countrys and think it would be somewhat cool for them to see my weather & time as well as I would like to see theres.

I just want to say I found this page because I was looking for just this. I've got friends around the country and around the world on myspace. I think it would be cool if they knew what the weather was doing in my part of the world (maybe it's the skier in me).

I think anti-widget is right about this one. Low cost, low risk, but probably also low-uptake. I can't picture the MySpace crowd jumping at the opportunity to add weather to their profiles.

I know you're a fan of "widget marketing" Pete, and while this was probably built by AccuWeather in less than a week at little cost, is there anybody who really believes that MySpace users are going to embed this in their profile and that users who come across these weather badges are going to actually use them? They're targeting a demographic that doesn't care.
