This is Matt from Wee Web, one of the founders here. We absolutely agree with you about privacy. We're all big fans of Facebook, but we started Wee Web because we thought the family needed it's own private place.

My co-founder Peter has two young kids of his own, a 2-year old and a 4-month old baby. He insists on a very high level of privacy for his kids and we wouldn't have it any other way for others kids. Privacy will always be the number one concern for us.

This sounds like a success in the making. I'm sure that within a month Wee Web will generate thousands of hits. However, my one concern is will this get out control? I feel like Facebook has gone a little overboard in some aspects and I'm little worried that Wee Web could do the same. I do like that it's invite-only but I think that content must be protected especially if there are child/baby photos being posted. Nonetheless, as long as Wee Web maintains its credibility and privacy it will be a great success.
