    Well, since this was one of the few times in my life when I actually had better things to do than check my server logs, I figured I'd better flaunt it while I could. :-p

    It seems to me that within a smaller range of error, Feedburner's subscriber counts are already unreliable. Mine tend to vary by anywhere from 5 to 8% almost every day and I'm almost positive this does not reflect actual subscribers joining/leaving. I use Feedburner as a general suggestion of how things are going, but always round the numbers way off.
