Next move, MS nominates a slate of candidates to the Yahoo Board sometime this week. After that, Yahoo announces the date of its Annual meeting, which has to be held before August. Sometime in between now and August, Yahoo shareholders force the board to agree to the MS offer. Then everyone goes to Washington DC to fight an antitrust battle. Should be fun.
