The Tagline is the trademarked tagline of Yelp (www.yelp.com)

Not exactly. Yelp's is "Real People. Real Reviews.", but it definitely seems like enough cause for some kind of legal action...

Yeah I noticed the word reversal later. But I can't be the only one with that reaction.

One has to wonder how well they will be able to identify the target of the review without using a proper microformat (hReview). It's easy enough to snag an item from my blog, display the title next to a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" icon, and then index the item for text search. But that's a pretty weak model, semantically. What if I mention ten artists in a review of eMusic? What does my thumbs up count against?

One more thing: their HTML filtering of input is horrendous. I am no security expert, but the content they harvested from my blog looks hideous:

The folks at Soapbox responded overnight to feedback, fixing their HTML input filter so that my review looks much nicer now. It's always impressive to see fast replies and competent fixes in a small startup!

Pete, the new version of iNods allows anyone to save their reviews to iNods with a single click and to be added to the iNods review index and to really generate traffic to the reviewer's site or blog.

However, this way of aggregating new review content is easy (assuming reviewers save to iNods or other services) but the real challenge lies in assimilating and consolidating the rich review content that is already there across the internet. That is precisely what iNods addresses and delivers - probably the largest review focused search engine.
