Does pegman come and ask you where you want to go? No, this is nothing like clippy, except for in the video. You are more like clippy than this little icon on a google page. Well reasoned, my friend, well reasoned. Boyshaka!

Re: Google Maps Gets Its Own Version of Clippy (And Some Useful Street View Updates)

OK the idea of clippy, like peg man was great if it actually did anything useful.I am not trying to complain but I need a KIT(you know the car) like app that can just handle all the tasks I need done, like those TPS reports. God Clippy and Peg Man why do suck so bad.

tweet friends

Re: Google Maps Gets Its Own Version of Clippy (And Some Useful Street View Updates)

It would be very nice if Google Maps team could correct Venice maps. The Google maps of Venice are really weired. Venice has a really peculiar urban structure, without cars and streets as everyone is used to see in a city. There're channels, bridges, channel-banks, fields (little squares), and alleys (called "calli"). Nothing of this is present in the Google maps where for example fields becomes buildings and the names of alleys, channels and banks are all mashed up... where "to mush up" is used in a negative sense...
