I can't personally see where this would be useful.
You could put the link on your website, but then you'd probably have your own contact form incorporated into your site if you wanted people to reach you.
And you wouldn't be able to post it into a large number of email fields on web-based forms, as the scripts behind them won't allow text that doesn't match a valid email address format (i.e. name@domain.tld).
So, who is this aimed at? Sorry if I sound negative, but I just don't get it!

I like the idea b/c I've never known how to do a contact form on my blog and I don't like getting spammed. So I've always had an email that uses "(at)" in place of an ampersand, and I've never known whether I'm losing emails as a result.
