    As online advertising incorporates more and more large-format video/rich-media adverts, Google are straddling the ever diminishing offline/online divide in ad-spend.

    And as TV becomes more interactive, the formats and creatives used will converge further.

    And once they sort the creative marketplace, we will start seeing video advertising services capitalise on the the "long tail" of small/medium-sized advertisers - just like Google's text-ads have done. We will be watching this very closely!
