I think, that this tool is not very usefull, but everybody who wants to know something about his Twitter profile can use this tool just for fun.. :)

As for this tool, it'll be ice cold before the week is out.
How about a too that can measure quality of tweets based on how a tweet can attract
followers or create subsequent tweets, @ replies, or DMs.
I use it to connect with my blog readers, and my blog picks on a specific niche rahter than what the general Twitter community is talking about. If you are trying to talk about the latest and greatest thing on Twitter than it is useful, otherwise I don't think it is.
