yes, a tumblelog. it allows you to email your mp3, videos, pics and text from your mobile and it supplies you an rss feed so you can easily import your posts to wherever you already have a social network set up, like facebook. it lacks native commenting system, but since it has no social interactions it's just a way to deploy your media online.
