Very good write-up. Fair and balanced. Much appreciated.

One thing though: Firefox is treated as a Tier 1 browser for us, so everything that works in IE should work in Firefox with the exception of ActiveX for uploading multiple photos at once. If that isn't the case for people, please contact me directly.
