Just as a clarification, I believe that the Facebook team had planned to have Zuckerberg speak at the developer garage long before the keynote.
Obviously, his presence took on a great deal more meaning after the interview with Lacy, but as I understand it from Dave Morin's statements onstage at the dev garage it was planned before that.

I just fact checked this with Dave Morin and I was incorrect. Mark did not plan on speaking at the dev garage until after the keynote.
