Clipcrawl provides the user a movie search engine that crawls through the 8 biggest user movie portals on the net. Also if they think a video is rememberworthy, they save, share and rate it.

I think most mashable users love web movies and they should have access to a great portfolio of movies to choose from and rate ;-)
