    I haven't yet bought anything from these guys, but I've played around with their t-shirt designer, and they have one very nice feature setting them apart from the other players. Pre-designed graphics and text can be used, instead of providing original artwork. This is an excellent way to get the photoshop/illustrator-phobic to create their own shirts. Their shirt and color selections also seem to be more diverse than the rest (Cafepress only recently launched a black T option.)

    Spreadshirt also seized this occasion to buy the site Lafraise.com, which is an extremely popular and fast growing T-shirt store in France. Lafraise is one of the great french web success story.

    weird that that comment truncated - anyhow, bottom line is that their quality is excellent and fulfillment and communications were fantastic - for an EU business, they do ecommerce fulfillment in the US very very well

    http://goodstorm.com is also interesting as it's first carnation is a T-Shirt shop model similar to cafe press, except they give put a lot more money back in the pocket of the store owner. Lots of non-profits are gravitating to it, but anyone can open up a t-shirt store.
