It's great that Yelp created a way for businesses to monitor what comments users are saying about their business. I participated in the Miami Beach Technology Council last week about where I discussed the importance of how businesses should monitor what is being said about their business or service. Happy to see it when any site allows more of a conversation than a one way review.

We've done this since we launched. It allows business owners to participate in the community and address potential issues e.g.

Because yelpers encourage snarkiness among each other, the reviews are more negative than not. Very difficult for a small business to manage. Hope this new tool helps.
