As a publisher ( http://www.tripcart.com/usa... ) I find this very disturbing - kind of like green click fraud. I buy ads that people will see and some will convert. If people are clicking on my ads to "save the world" and have no intention of visiting my site of using my product that is not very nice. Save the world, OK , but don't drain cash from my start-up to do it. Turn off the AC and go for a nice long walk outside. Leave the car at home. Now you are saving the world.

I think itâ€™s a very good and innovative idea itâ€™s very innovative coz they are holding a competition to make this world a greener place to live in. But I am hoping against hope people donâ€™t dive in to get green paper :-)

Not sure if this will really go big. I am all for anything that is meant to help the environment, and wish them luck, but have my doubts that it will work.

I'm going to make a social network/prize thingy too. Except in mine, all you have to do is log in and you will have saved 100lbs of green house gas emissions!! Comments get you 250lbs!

Btw, I thought we had to save the cheerleader and that would save the world.

Interesting concept. I think people are still into saving the planet, but I'm not sure if this will take off. Others have tried to done similar things that didn't take off very well.
