This philanthropic stuff online seems to be picking up quite a bit. I just read about an auction site which allows non-profits to auction the 'gifts in kind' that donors give them and convert them to money. There's some great deals on it too. Like Disneyland theme park tickets at 1/4th price and ball game tickets, and a lot of other ridiculously cheap stuff.

This website will be very popular come tax time when every one runs around looking for tax deductable charities that they can make as claims in their tax returns :)
