I don't know if changing the page "dynamically" is really the way to go. I've been reading lately that cacheing data is much more efficient and can handle larger loads of traffic.
Oh well, it's Google, I guess they can handle the load.

Pete -- what, in your opinion, are the core differences that make a blogging platform "open" vs. the "closed" monniker you've placed on blogger, LJ, Xanga, etc.?

I don't see the option to make private *posts* - just private *blogs.* That lack of feature limits the new beta's usefulness to me.

I like blogger its way faster then word press but there's some nasty malware and spam sites on blogger you need to be carefull off. I think if they had the same content as wordpress, it would be the best product out there.
