The online lists management tools are really useful. I always need to do lists. The keep me on tracks and help me plan my day, plus there is nothing quite so satisfying as ticking it off. I like the ability to share lists, useful for collaborating with colleagues, and makes sure you aren't doing the same things. When i get an iphone, i will be installing iProcrastinate Mobile for iPhone

multiple aspects of your life together. Create Tabs for your
PTA, Community Association, Family, Etc. and get notification
of changes in schedules or just new stuff going on.

You were right. I checked out NutshellMail.com and found it to be exactly what I need at work to easily see what is coming into my 2 non work email accounts plus Facebook. Previously I was blocked out. Great free service.

Another great wish list website for families that I just came across is www.littlebluebird.com. You create a circle and put links from anywhere on the web in it or just type an entry on what you'd like for Christmas, Birthday, etc. Of course...it's easy to get carried away..but it's a great idea for families during the holidays. (I'm not affiliated in any way, just think it's a cute useful website.)

Something I use to organize groups of people in my life, loved ones, business partners, teams, etc. is utilize the organizational capabilities in the back office of http://www.YourCoolCards.com

I put all of their names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, birthdays, anniversaries, significant others, kids info. there and then categorize them by group.

Then when I send a holiday card, for example, I can send the same one to all of them but addressed to each one individually by the system.
