Soap opera. Everybody wants to make off a buck off someone elses success. The reason Facebook is so successful is Facebooks style and appeal. he knows how to relate to the audience. It is like myspace, bebo, hi5 and all the other websites. It is how the site is designed and layed out. Code helps, but it is just code. People take it all the time. Connect U is just jealous.
Mark -- you should edit this post. You don't even tell what happens... did Facebook pay them off? Or did the Judge throw it out? I had to click on the NY Times link, which I'm going to read now.

I find this pretty hilarious because Zuckerburg must be one shitty PHP programmer if he can't program the general shit in ConnectU. Seriously, I could do that in a few days. Wow. FAIL!

And the same goes for the idiot below who cited two shitty articles as a reason to think that this was a case of extortion.
There is no doubt that Zuckerberg is responsible for much of the success of Facebook. But, I can assure you that the case settled because, had it not, there was much more damaging evidence that would have surfaced about facebook's 23-year old CEO.
