I didn't find it on digg myself so just take it as a misunderstanding on my part. As I said before I'm sorry for commenting as I did.

Re: How to Block YouTube’s Ads

Huh? It's pretty obvious that this came via Digg, where it's been on the front page all day.

Re: How to Block YouTube’s Ads

I guess you're right now that I think about it. I suppose I was coming from the fact that when I write a post, I typically do a "via Blog" somewhere in the post along with the firefox extension writer in this type of situation. This gives credit to the original content and the "finder". Its not obvious that I was the "finder" and not all bloggers deal with it in this way regardless.

I take it back - sorry to have been so quick to judge.

Re: How to Block YouTube’s Ads

Brent, the link is to the original creator of the extension. Why link back when you are linking to the company itself? There's tons of places that might write about it. Who determines who gets credit?

Re: How to Block YouTube’s Ads

I think this tip came from http://brentevans.blogspot....

which I linked to in the comments on Pete's post earlier today on YouTube. It was also originally mentioned at gHacks. Don't forget to credit where credit is due. Love the blog, but this is the second time i've seen this with Kristen's posts.

Re: How to Block YouTube’s Ads

Kristen,
Thanks for the .... well never mind.
