If you want control over the look of your embedded stream and don't want the overhead of SweetCron, check out Frindo: http://frindo.googlecode.com It's an extremely simple PHP script for embedding your FF stream on a website.

FriendFeed embedding method was mentioned here first ,
Also check out feedalizr, an adobe air app, which lets you add friendfeed, twitter, flicr and facebook streams. http://www.feedalizr.com
