Imageshack has Photoblogs, imageshack has galleries, imageshack has toolbars, imageshack has multi-uploading, imageshack has a firefox extension that allows you to upload any number of pictures in any format you want (ie, if you were coding yourself some widghet program that had tags made of {} brackets, you could have the program do that for you).
Imageshack also has slideshows.
Imageshack has Quickshot, which allows you to upload screenshots at any time, while playign a game for instance (and it can do it in the background, so you keep on playing).
My point is that it's a bit unfair to call Imageshack a 'barebones' tool. That would be no different from calling Google barebones because it has a simple interface.
