There are 20,000 pools on Facebook; are they just gonna go door to door and ask everyone if they placed a wager on their specific pool? And if they did, do you think anyone would be dumb enough to say they did.  Also Facebook doesn't get any revenue share from these "pools"  they simple allow a group of friends pick the outcome of the game.  The friends pay cash to each other, there are no transactions done on Facebook. While it's a common misperception UIGEA doesn't make any activities illegal.
