I tried this service, and it is real-time (sends the alerts instantly when they are posted - that is very important), but they don't allow HTML email (only text), so you can't get pictures, and they don't send the whole message (only ~100 words and a link).
Does anyone know of a service that allows these additional features? I have tried RSSfwd and SendMeRSS, and they are OK, but all lack one or another feature.
